Terms of Service

1. ציר מרכזי systems are provided to organizations under an agreement with each organization, which prevails in case of conflict.
2. Data belongs to the organization and is stored in its Google Drive. The organization is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it enters and the permissions it grants its users.
3. The System may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, or attempts to bypass its security.
4. We aim for high availability and daily backups; the System is provided as is, and our liability is limited as set out in the agreement with the organization.
5. The organization may revoke the permissions it granted at any time in its Google Account.
6. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
